This week is a recovery week.
Coach Josh prescribed swimming on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (no running). I was still coughing pretty hard on Tuesday and was quite sore so I took a rest day instead. I had my hair cut/colored on Wednesday and didn't want to ruin it, plus I'm still coughing and sore from the marathon, so I did yard work, a little bit of easy cycling, and lots of sleeping instead of swimming. Boy am I sore from that challenging marathon!
