My goal this week was to simply rest and then after all the aches and pains were gone to start jogging low mileage.
Friday: Jogged 2 miles easy on the treadmill. I lost a lot of strength while I was sick.
Sunday: Jogged 2.17 miles easy on the treadmill. Slow, short distance in hopes of knee getting better. Later, walked 1 mile with the dogs.
Days run this week: 2
Miles run/walk this week: 4.17
Highlight of the week: No knee pain!
Goal for next week: Enjoy spring break! Slowly increase mileage, every-other-day, add more walking.
