I got in an easy 6 miles this morning on the treadmill while my daughter and her friend slept late. I took another vacation day today in order to go to a party for graduating 5th graders at a friend's lake house. Tonya said she really wanted me to be there, and I couldn't resist. The kids (and adults) had so much fun! Jetski rides, boat rides, jumping off the 2nd story dock into the lake, swimming, volleyball, burgers, cake, etc. Great day!
